Third RDI webinar "Exploitation strategy in research and innovation collaborative projects" draws over 30 participants
The third RDI webinar focusing on Exploitation strategy in research and innovation collaborative projects took place on the 1st of December 2017. EU and EaP experts Svetlana Klessova and Alexandra Petkevich explained the broad issues related to exploitation and answered participants’ questions in the 1 hour long webinar.
R&I expert Svetlana Klessova from France, and our guest speaker, Alexandra Petkevich from Belarus, explored the role of Exploitation in H2020 and other collaborative projects in their presentations. The presenters introduced 2 real-life case studies and tackled questions, such as:
- How to make an Exploitation plan?
- How to create a viable exploitation strategy?
- What is the connection between exploitation and impact maximization?
- How will knowledge on these topics help with writing proposals and succeeding in projects?
The lively 60-minute webinar drew over 30 participants from all 6 EaP countries. The participants included technology managers, researchers, staff from universities, research centers and SMEs.
Following the webinar, the participants were asked to fill in a short feedback survey. All survey respondents felt like the webinar was informative and useful and the majority said they would implement the suggestions regarding exploitation strategy in their future projects. Participants found the real-life case studies particularly useful, and expressed a need to have more of them in the future webinars.
The next RDI webinar, planned for April 2018, will focus on impact maximization. Stay tuned!
